Refund and Returns Policy (For Merchandise Products ONLY)

Event/Competition Registration Fees Are Non Refundable

At the time of registering to our event and making payment, you agree to do not claim or request any refund.
No refund for cancelling any registration or for ending up alone in the bracket or for being disqualified.
Our organization have no refund policy.


Purchases made may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase. 

Merchandise returned or request for exchange after 10 days of purchase WILL NOT be qualify for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return. all items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and returned in original condition in the original packaging when you received it.

Please Note:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to complete your return.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
  • Shipping and handling charges not refundable


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your application has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are NOT APPLICABLE for registration of competitions and events; refund is only applicable for merchandise products.

Late or missing refunds

Follow the following steps if  you have yet to receive a refund after a certain amount of days, 

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank after some time because there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; items marked ‘sales’ are NOT eligible for refund. 


Only items that are defective or damaged are replaceable. To request for an exchange, please send us an email at info@bjjroots.co and send your item to The Club, LG01, Persiaran Surian, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the following address:
The Club, LG01, Persiaran Surian, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
